These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings for Saif Science Holiday Camps. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
1.1 All places must be booked in advance via the official Saif Science booking form.
1.2 Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure a place.
1.3 A place is not confirmed until payment has been received.
1.4 Early Bird rates apply only to bookings paid in full by the advertised deadline.

2. Minimum Numbers & Camp Viability
2.1 Saif Science Holiday Camps require a minimum number of bookings in order to proceed safely and sustainably.
2.2 If minimum numbers are not met, Saif Science reserves the right to cancel the camp.
2.3 In the unlikely event of cancellation due to insufficient bookings, all payments will be refunded in full.
2.4 No additional compensation will be payable.
3.1 Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date will receive a refund minus a £30 administrative fee.
3.2 Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date are non-refundable.

These policies reflect venue hire, staffing and material costs committed in advance.
4.1 Early Bird rates apply only if payment is received in full by the stated deadline.
4.2 Early Bird rates cannot be applied retrospectively.
4.3 Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
5.1 Camp hours are 9:00am – 3:00pm unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Children must be collected promptly at the end of the day.
5.3 Persistent late collection may result in additional charges and/or refusal of future bookings.
6.1 Saif Science provides a structured, safe and respectful environment.
6.2 Children must follow safety instructions at all times during practical activities.
6.3 Saif Science reserves the right to withdraw a child from an activity, or from the camp entirely, if behaviour:

7.1 Parents/carers must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications and additional needs at the time of booking.
7.2 Failure to disclose relevant information may result in a child being unable to attend.
7.3 While we aim to be inclusive, we may not be able to accommodate needs requiring dedicated 1:1 support unless agreed in advance.
8.1 Camps operate with a maximum of 15 children.
8.2 There will be three adults present throughout the day, including the Saif Science founders and a DBS-checked assistant.
8.3 All reasonable steps are taken to ensure a safe and supervised environment.
9.1 Photographs and short video clips may be taken for marketing purposes.
9.2 No child will be identified by name.
9.3 Parents may opt out of media use by notifying Saif Science in writing prior to the camp start date.
10.1 Saif Science holds appropriate public liability insurance.
10.2 Practical science activities involve low-level inherent risk which is managed through supervision and safety procedures.
10.3 Parents acknowledge and accept this as part of participation.
11.1 Saif Science shall not be liable for cancellation or interruption due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
