These Terms & Conditions apply to all Saif Science party bookings. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms.
1.1 A booking is secured only upon receipt of the agreed deposit.
1.2 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 If the balance is not received by the due date, Saif Science reserves the right to cancel the booking.
1.4 Prices are as confirmed at the time of booking and are based on:

2.1 Deposits are non-refundable.
2.2 If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event, any balance paid (excluding deposit) will be refunded.

3.1 Requests to reschedule must be made in writing.
3.2 We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date within 3 months, subject to availability.
3.3 If we are unable to accommodate the requested alternative date, standard cancellation terms apply.
4.1 The client is responsible for ensuring:

4.3 Outdoor events are subject to suitable weather conditions.
5.1 The client remains responsible for supervision of children throughout the event unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
5.2 Saif Science provides structured, guided activities but does not assume full supervisory responsibility in private party settings.
5.3 Children must follow safety instructions at all times.
5.4 Saif Science reserves the right to pause or stop activities if behaviour compromises safety.
5.5 No refund will be issued in cases where activities are halted due to unsafe behaviour.
6.1 All equipment is supplied and operated safely by Saif Science staff.
6.2 Children must not handle equipment unless instructed.
6.3 Parents/guardians must inform us in advance of:
7.1 The client may be liable for damage to equipment caused by deliberate misuse.
7.2 Normal wear and tear is excluded.
8.1 Photographs or short video clips may be taken for marketing purposes.

8.3 The client may request no photography in advance of the event.
9.1 Saif Science holds appropriate public liability insurance.
9.2 Activities involve low-level inherent risk typical of practical science demonstrations.
9.3 By proceeding with the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts this.
10.1 Saif Science shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:
